[Woodworkers] Dust Collector Again

Look at the propeller on a 4000 HP aircraft engine compared to the propeller on a 100 HP piper cub.
The higher the HP the bigger impeller/prop the greater the volume of air you can move.

There are limitations imposed by the size and configuration of the duct work.

But short of overloading the system, I don't get it. I figure that I can piece one together for about a $ 1,000.00, including a remote starter, Wynn filters, stand, and collection barrell. I know that some on here have the Clear-Vue cyclone and are happy with its performance.  I was ready the other day to order the Clear-Vue, but just didn't do it.
