[Woodworkers] Dust collection upgrade

Hi John,

Yes, way back in 2009 we were looking at it. And yes, I still plan to use
X10 to turn the DC on and off. I'll take apart an X10 remote and hook it up
to a GPIO on whatever microcontroller (probably Arduino) that I end up
using.
