[Woodworkers] I put in an offer...

Hey Dave,
Sorry to hear about your troubles in the new year. I hope things are
looking better for you now.

No offense taken at all. And I hear you on power. My last power bill was
$268. That's heating with wood, no AC, and using a clothes line instead of
a dryer. Oh, and a high efficiency water heater. I have no idea where the
power is going. I've tried tracking it down with those meters that you can
put on a circuit breaker and leave in place for a week to get a good
average. Did that for all of the breakers and nothing stood out as
excessive. I finally just gave up.

The former owners were all in prison or at least in jail, but their buddies
probably came and got some of the stuff. I know someone stole the two 1000
gallon propane tanks, and someone else stole all of the grow lights, etc.
I'm guessing they were going to re-use them in the next operation. I'm sure
whoever stole the copper tubing out of the ac unit was selling it for scrap
prices.

I can only guess what they were doing with all of the switches and whatnot.
I should have gotten more pictures when I toured, but I really wasn't
thinking about pictures at the time.

Regards,
-Steve
