Hi Dave,
I'm not sure what you're after, but I have bought a few plans from https:
//toymakingplans.com/shop-all-toy-plans/
<https://toymakingplans.com/shop-all-toy-plans/> .
They come as downloadable pdf files and cover everything you need to know
to build them. They have toys for smaller kids and adults. I especially
like the "Hot Rod Freaky Fords" as they are fairly quick to make and
usually disappear first at my church's annual bazaar to raise money to send
kids to summer camp. Most of what I make is aimed at preschool kids. Older
than that they seem to expect touch pads on their toys 8-)
If you are a woodturner I have some free templates (pdf's) for making cars
by turning a 2-by-4 and then cutting it down the middle to create two
bodys. I do a little enhancing with a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Here is an
example of one of the resulting cars. Two to four year olds love these cars
and they are pretty indestructible.
