[Woodworkers] Rikon

[Steve Bigelow]

I believe Rikon came on the woodworking scene around 2000. Started by a guy
name Riley? I seem to recall reading about that.

You normally see their tools at Woodcraft. They are about on par with
Grizzly when it comes to quality.
