[Woodworkers] Pricing cabinets

I've never encountered this before. Giving the missus a quote for
projects in the house so she can decide whether to have me do it or just
buy from the big box store. So underprice the projects you want to do and
overprice the projects you don't want to do. This works unless your missus
is writing the checks for all your materials.
