[Woodworkers] Homemade sand blaster and barn wood finish

several others like it. It's pretty simple so I made one. It works pretty
good. I did it mainly to texture pine to make it look weathered. It does a
nice job doing that because it clears out the soft wood like it would do if
it had been out in the weather for years. 

 

Does anyone have a good barn wood finish recipe? I bought a barn wood stain
which is a gray much like teak would gray. I'm not real fond of that gray
look and may add a brown over it. I'm going to play with the finish to get
it to look like I want it. There are also YouTube videos on barn wood
finishes but I didn't know if anyone on the list had a recipe they liked.
