No, you don't need a larger circuit breaker. It isn't tripping, so putting
a new one in isn't going to help.

Do you have the printer plugged in to the UPS? If so, plug it in directly
into the wall. You really don't want your printer on your UPS anyway.

I have to assume that you are far away from your breaker box...

I'm also guessing you have a 375VA or 500VA UPS. Those aren't really worth
the $30 -$50 that they cost. You want a 1,000 or 1,500 VA UPS. Even that
isn't big enough if you have a laser printer plugged in to it.
