[Woodworkers] beveled edge

[Thomas E Lovelace]

I’ve been staring at th e picture of that project centerpiece for the last 10 minutes.
Still cannot see how I would route a bevel using the template?
Cannot use the router table since the bearing is on the wrong end of the bit.
Same problem in using the router free-handed.
Woe is me !!
