[Woodworkers] Old Batteries in New Pack

You pull out your trust multi-meter from the junk drawer and test the
batteries. For the typical AA/AAA/C/D, anything under 1.4V is used slightly
but probably good for most devices, under 0.8V is deader than the mouse in
the back of the drawer.
