This past Sunday the owners came to the shop and picked up their roll top desk and the accompanying chair.  Marcia was so happy she was bouncing on cloud 11 while Randy, on the other hand, couldn't have cared less.  
  
   
  
  
It was a very challenging project with all the facets involved.  Hell, even Smitty got inolved!  There's a metal plate on the bottom of the legs at the base of that black thing.  Well, it was doing a terrible job holding the legs tight to the black thing because the holes were hogged out, screws broken off in the wood so I drew up a new plate with longer ears then commissioned Smitty to cut it out with his company's CNC guided plasma cutter.
