The cement truck is similar to some I have been making for over 20 years. Mine are cut out of a 2-by-4 and are only 1.5" wide. I make 10 varieties in the same style (Semi-Tanker, Dump (above), Semi-Flatbed, Semi-Box, Cargo, Cement, Flat-bed Pickup, Pickup, Coupe, and Roadster. I bought the plans sometime in the 90's from <a href="https://toysandjoys.com/" target="_blank">Toys and Joys</a>. The airplane above is my design and also for a 2-by-4. Since you bought the Freaky Fords, I've also included one of my modified versions of their sedan. I originally made one for a neighborhood 5-year old whose dad is a mechanic. When I gave it to him he commented that hot rods didn't use v-6 engines 8-(. I took it back and made another with 8 exhaust pipes and he was happy. Kids will often surprise you with what they notice.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I have been buying parts from <a href="http://www.craftparts.com" target="_blank">www.craftparts.com</a> for over 20 years. truck. I also bought a set of plans for a Bobcat, that is for my entertainment I don’t think I will be making them for donation…..

at my church's annual bazaar to raise money to send kids to summer camp. Most of what I make is aimed at preschool kids. Older than that they seem to expect touch pads on their toys 8-)<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If you are a woodturner I have some free templates (pdf's) for making cars by turning a 2-by-4 and then cutting it down the middle to create two bodys. I do a little enhancing with a bandsaw or scrollsaw. Here is an example of one of the
resulting cars. Two to four year olds love these cars and they are pretty indestructible.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Resurrecting this for a different purpose. Many years ago I bought some pretty simple yet dang cleaver wooden toys from a fellow that I am sure has long since passed on to the
great beyond. His toys were for older kids, a logging truck, 2 different fire engines, a crayon truck, and I don’t remember what else he offered. It has always been in the back of my mind to tackle building trucks when I retire. I now have an idea to put
together a small group of guys to build toys for a local event that helps people at Christmas. One of the most popular toys are the wooden ones and the last few years the makers of the wooden toys have fallen off. So I am hoping to fill at least part of
that gap. <u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have some ideas on what I would like to do but I need guidance in the form of pictures, and or plans. I have poked around a bit on the internet for plans and have found some
interesting ones. But I feel like I have only touched on what might be out there and my search criteria is not hitting the motherload. <u></u><u></u></p>
