I have heard lots of good things about the Grizzlys. I have had very good luck with the Jet line and the local dealer will deliver it and set it up at no extra charge. I get a fair amount of snipe and based on some research and my observation of the board feeding through the planer I am pretty certain the rollers are contributing to the problem. When it gets bad enough I spend half a day trying to get the rollers aligned again, even though it is almost impossible to get them perfect. So if they still offer the rollers my suggestion is to not get them, get the solid extensions. With that said there are allot of people that like the Grizzly. I had researched the Grizzly when I bought my Jet and had pretty much determined they were the exact same machine. I went with the Jet to support a local tool supplier.
