Yeah, I was thinking about getting some hockey tape and wrap around the old handles. I have heard that hockey tape is some tuff stuff but have never used it.

Speaking of another project...I have a set of cabinet door to finish and get installed. Someone wanted solid oak slab doors that have the traditional lip on them...Hinges were not cheap, but they do make them.

Anywho after I get done with this I have one to make for the local Museum....get this..the "artist" apparently has a film that they want displayed and it has to be projected on a 10 foot tall, 36 foot long curved screen. I tried to give them as many other options that I could think of that would be a little more practical and maybe a little cheaper...but you know how that goes.
