[Woodworkers] Contractor TS Dust Control (Ron Odum)

I have an older Jet contractor style saw and it had the open back as well.
I cut out a piece of 1/4" plywood and used magnets to hold it in place. I
have to remove it when I tilt the saw blade, and yes, I always forget to
remove it. I've knocked the blade out of alignment doing that. I would
recommend a solution that allows tilting the blade without any additional
steps.
