[Woodworkers] Microjig

I have pondered buying one off and on for years. But every time I look at it to buy it I talk myself out of it because of the cost after you add some (not all) of the bells and whistles. In the big scheme I don't think a guy can get away with just the base model you need at least some of the extras. A couple of years ago I think it was Peachtree Woodworking had a 50% off or a BOGO sale and it had a picture of the gripper complete (all the bells and whistles). I'm thinking I can buy that and give the one I got for half off to a fellow woodworker for Christmas. That was until I read the fine print. The deal wasn't on the whole kit it was only on the bells and whistles or just the gripper, in the end it was $200.00 (?) for the pair of them. It wasn't worth it to me.

I believe Woodcraft carries them and Woodcraft does have a store in Spokane if you have a desire call and see if they have one to fondle before you drive over. I don't think Power Tool (Cd'A or Spokane) carries them but they might????

Does anyone have experience with the Microjig (www.microjig.com<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=http%3a%2f%2fwww.microjig.com&c=E,1,XAXplRienc1k_4ASoxGeCHCpb5xvR5yu4sAnd7P9KH7FpDsfLqEY72C7hh3o1JlbdmcbduMs48vNH-E7NXuP2jpz7BWSBwEPI4mv3bxJIexXoQPRqAU9&typo=1>)? It looks good on the computer but I haven't seen them in a shop. And we don't have jack -sh*t foe woodworking stores in Missoula. I'd have to go over to Coeur d'alene or Spokane to see it. It'd be nice not to have T-track but does the dovetail cut last after some use?
