You changed the blade & belt, cleaned & oiled the bearings. May be you can align the blade with the miter slots? Here’s a link to a complete table saw tuneup, if the vibration isn’t tolerable. I tuned mine so it passed the nickel test (balance a nickel on edge on the table when the saw is running) quite a few years back, and it’s still not too bad.
