[Woodworkers] Another senior moment!

Correct. The unit shown in my post has slots that you place rubber covered bots they.They fit around the lip of a wooden bowl,so you can clean up the bottom. Somewhere I saw a metal plate like this but it had a series of holes where this example has slots. The holed followed the same path as the slots. Probably in half inch steps.
