Gary,
I have the General International and I like it but don’t use it a ton. The Baileigh has more bells and whistles. Mine tilts side-to-side but not front to back and doesn’t have the capacity of the Baileigh. I’ve had mine for years so I’m sure improvements were made. Also, this may be a case of you get what you pay for because mine was about 1/3 the price of the Baileigh.

Subject: [Woodworkers] Mortisers
Hello Everyone,
I'm back on my search for a new mortiser. I have a Jet benchtop that I made a new X-Y sliding table for. The table I made is an major improvement over the factory, but I'm still not pleased with the performance. As a result, I am looking at the Baileigh 1000TT model.
Here's a link:

Does anyone have a Baileigh and if so, what do you think of it. Or, if you have some other brand, I would love to hear from you.
Thanks
Gary Williams
