Just want to highly recommend the Fisch brand of pen drilling bits.
These things are VERY sharp. Including the flutes(?) all the length of the bit. Like a razor blade.
And, they are self cleaning. No more backing out the bit to clean it out. It causes all debris to exit along the shaft in a continuous piece. Guaranteed for at least 1400 blank drills before sharpening. 
I expect I wold just replace them at that time.
Highly recommended, if you can find them !
