[Woodworkers] Plug difference?

My shop air conditioner went south and is being replaced with a different brand model.
The wall plug connection is different, altho both  require 220 VAC  20 amps circuits.
But the wall plug looks different. See the attachment.
Anyone know what the difference is? And can I change from the plug on the left to the one shown on the right?
