I try to never use anything other than "Gallery Quality chop sticks". You wouldn't believe how many Chinese restaurant owners refuse to supply the good ones until I squawk long and loud. I don't think I'm asking for too much.

Now that you are a Bridge City collector better jump on that or you'll regret it when it sells out. When you get it would you send me a set of ebony chopsticks, for my gallery.

For those of you that know about these guys well you know. For those of you that don't know about them they make very high quality mostly one off tools. Although they do have a few measuring tools that they do "keep in stock". The tools are beautifully made, and yes not cheap. I have a couple on order and I have one I bought a few years ago.

The other day I got a "Now in Stock" announcement. I immediately figured that my stuff I have on order is ready to ship. Imagine my surprise when I open the email and find a new tool release. The "Chopstick Master" What the............

Seriously????? Is there really that much demand for people to make their own chopsticks?
