[Woodworkers] Looking for Jet Ski Plans

I am trying to do a favor for a retiree.  $2500 for a purchased dock is a
bit pricey for his budget.

 I am looking to build something out of wood that will float and support 2
jet skis.  I was thinking treated pine.  The pictures work to give me some
ideas.  I am looking for plans that will incorporate either hull indents or
rails to hold the jet skis.
