[Woodworkers] Varidrive Belt for Powermatic model 91 Lathe

The belt has to be a certain width to work and it is about twice as wide as
the link type.  It has to move in and out on the radius as the width of the
pulleys changes.

I will post the dimensions of the cross section tomorrow.
