As most of you know my birthday is fast approaching - in fact it is one
week from today - and on that day, April 28th, I will be 57-years-old.

In the past I set up a page on my web site for y'all to visit and got to
see my birthday gift selection list for that year and, once there, you
would then choose a gift, buy it and then send it to me.  As much as I hate
to admit it, I made a very poor choice there because it created such mass
confusion; everyone stumbling around not knowing who had already gotten
what then the ensuing arguments.  Imagine...all of that mayhem could have
been avoided had I set up a shopping cart.

Well, this year will be so much better for you...no more shoving...no more
mystery...no more heart wrenching because I set up a...

GIFT REGISTRY!

It couldn't be simpler.  You see the item, you click on "add to cart".
Then, the next person will see that item showing as "already been given"
and can move on and select a different gift.  Also (you're going to love
this), in my effort to go GREEN, I am making this cheaper for you because I
selected the "Do not gift wrap" option!  How thoughtful is that, huh?

Now, when you click on the following link Amazon is gonna tell you it's my
wedding registry - I couldn't find an option for changing it to a birthday
so I said I was marrying my shop.  It's not a lie!  I marry the shop every
day.
