I just glued and screwed the framework together.  To keep the curve and  
make sure everything stayed together
the plywood front has a staple about every six inches on all of the frame  
work, edges and each rib.  This squared up the frame and made
a pretty solid piece. The saddest part of the whole deal is this a for a  
display that will last a few months and then who know what they
will do with it.  I don't think they have enough room to store it...oh  
well they paid for it so they can do what they want.
