center - but, with what I imagine to be a repair center having to deal with
all sorts of tool manufacturers, then he's in a prime position to make a
fair judgement.
Obviously, the focus of his statement was beamed directly on their
warranty. However, regarding the other Ridgid tools and equipment I have
(SCMS, compressor and nail guns) I have yet to find a single thing to
complain about.

I was far from happy with the first DeWalt cordless drill/batteries I had
and that was clear back when they first entered the market - but it was
better than the 3rd Bosch drill that died on top of me. Don't get me
started on the Makitas.
