Ok, now that I have seen that, you have other questions to answer:

How'd you do the curved metal part on the arches?

How did you re-black the metal dutchmen?

How did you secure the dutchmen in place?

Where did you find square-head lag bolts?

It looks like you used metal for the guides of the rabbeting router bit -
how'd that work out?
